AP1S3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1S3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1S3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1285-2, RPL37P24, and RN7SL62P. Each is linked with AP1S3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S3-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1285-2 grouped by AP1S3-low versus AP1S3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1S3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1S3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
