Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AP1S2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AP1S2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher AP1S2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AP1S2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where AP1S2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
