AP1S2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,888 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1S2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP31, ELMO2, and KCTD12. Each is linked with AP1S2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S2-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1S2 versus ARHGAP31 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
