Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1S2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,627 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP1S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD33, SIGLEC9, and WAS. Each is linked with AP1S2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S2-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1S2 versus CD33 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
