AP1S2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1S2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, RNA5SP415, and GIMAP1-GIMAP5. Each is linked with AP1S2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S2-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by AP1S2-low versus AP1S2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
