Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP1S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,635 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1S2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with AP1S2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S2-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S2 results are reported.
