AP1M2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1M2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,191 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1M2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83E, LILRB2, and GFPT2. Each is linked with AP1M2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1M2-to-partner and partner-to-AP1M2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1M2 versus FAM83E in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1M2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1M2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
