AP1M2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1M2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,665 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1M2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P29, FXYD6P1, and SNED1. Each is linked with AP1M2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1M2-to-partner and partner-to-AP1M2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P29 grouped by AP1M2-low versus AP1M2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1M2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1M2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
