AP1M1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1M1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,514 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1M1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1, AP1M2, and SGSM3. Each is linked with AP1M1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1M1 versus HID1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
