AP1M1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1M1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,893 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1M1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B1, SIRPB1, and IFFO1. Each is linked with AP1M1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1M1 versus ATP8B1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
