AP1M1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1M1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1M1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNU7-128P, and MIR100. Each is linked with AP1M1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by AP1M1-low versus AP1M1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
