AP1M1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1M1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1M1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with AP1M1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by AP1M1-low versus AP1M1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
