AP1G2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1G2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, eEF2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with AP1G2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1G2-to-partner and partner-to-AP1G2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
