Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1G1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,442 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IST1, GOT2, and MVD. Each is linked with AP1G1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1G1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1G1 results are reported.
