Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1G1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and INPP4B. Each is linked with AP1G1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1G1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1G1 results are reported.
