AP1G1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP1G1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,048 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX19A, IST1, and WWP2. Each is linked with AP1G1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1G1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1G1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1G1 versus DDX19A in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1G1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1G1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
