AP1G1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP1G1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF4, CILK1, and DNAH1. Each is linked with AP1G1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1G1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1G1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCF4 grouped by AP1G1-low versus AP1G1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1G1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1G1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
