AP1B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXNP2, MRPL57, and SPDL1. Each is linked with AP1B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FXNP2 grouped by AP1B1-low versus AP1B1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
