Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AP1AR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AP1AR data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher AP1AR Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AP1AR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where AP1AR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
