AP1AR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1AR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,181 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1AR-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP1, SRXN1, and POM121C. Each is linked with AP1AR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1AR-to-partner and partner-to-AP1AR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP1 grouped by AP1AR-low versus AP1AR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1AR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1AR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
