AP1AR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1AR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1AR-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with AP1AR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1AR-to-partner and partner-to-AP1AR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by AP1AR-low versus AP1AR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1AR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1AR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
