AP1AR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP1AR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1AR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12. Each is linked with AP1AR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1AR-to-partner and partner-to-AP1AR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP12 grouped by AP1AR-low versus AP1AR-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1AR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1AR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
