AOPEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,732 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOPEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, SRP54, and TLN2. Each is linked with AOPEP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOPEP-to-partner and partner-to-AOPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AOPEP versus SEC24A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
