AOPEP

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOPEP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR_pY1068, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with AOPEP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOPEP-to-partner and partner-to-AOPEP results are reported.
