AOC4P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOC4P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC4P-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6766, IL6RP1, and LINC02559. Each is linked with AOC4P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC4P-to-partner and partner-to-AOC4P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6766 grouped by AOC4P-low versus AOC4P-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
