AOAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSD17B1, SRP68, and RPL26P31. Each is linked with AOAH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOAH-to-partner and partner-to-AOAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSD17B1 grouped by AOAH-low versus AOAH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
