Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANXA6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANXA6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ANXA6 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANXA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and STAD are the cancer types where ANXA6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
