Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANXA6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANXA6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ANXA6 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANXA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, PDAC, and OV are the cancer types where ANXA6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
