ANXA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,463 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP4B, VPS37B, and WDR1. Each is linked with ANXA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA3-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA3 versus INPP4B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
