ANXA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRING1P1, MTND3P13, and DPY19L2. Each is linked with ANXA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA3-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPRING1P1 grouped by ANXA3-low versus ANXA3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
