The most reproducible ANXA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epithelial cell development, Regulation of mitochondrion organization, and Regulation of actin filament organization. Each is linked with ANXA3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA3-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA3 results are reported.
