Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem and pDC. Each is linked with ANXA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA2-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA2 results are reported.
