Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANXA13 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANXA13 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ANXA13 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANXA13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
COAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ANXA13 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
