ANXA13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,303 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABLIM1, ANXA13_S10, and SMC2. Each is linked with ANXA13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA13-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA13 versus ABLIM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
