ANXA11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, SKA1, and EME1. Each is linked with ANXA11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA11-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by ANXA11-low versus ANXA11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
