Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANXA10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANXA10 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ANXA10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANXA10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where ANXA10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
