Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANXA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,270 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 1 cell differentiation, Regulation of T-helper 1 cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of T-helper 2 cell differentiation. Each is linked with ANXA1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA1-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA1 results are reported.
