Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANTXRLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANTXRLP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP30, SEPTIN1, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with ANTXRLP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXRLP1-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXRLP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANTXRLP1 versus ARHGAP30 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANTXRLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANTXRLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
