Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANTKMT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANTKMT data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ANTKMT Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANTKMT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC are the cancer types where ANTKMT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
