ANPEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANPEP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Cyclin-B1, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with ANPEP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANPEP-to-partner and partner-to-ANPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by ANPEP-low versus ANPEP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
