ANPEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANPEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEDDM1, ASB17, and NLRP8. Each is linked with ANPEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANPEP-to-partner and partner-to-ANPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEDDM1 grouped by ANPEP-low versus ANPEP-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
