ANP32D

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANP32D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANP32D data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANP32D Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANP32D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where ANP32D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
