Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANP32B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANP32B data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANP32B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANP32B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ANP32B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
