ANP32B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANP32B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, EHMT1, and SSRP1. Each is linked with ANP32B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32B-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANP32B versus SMC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANP32B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANP32B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
