Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANP32B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,061 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and Attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with ANP32B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32B-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32B results are reported.
