Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANOS2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANOS2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ANOS2P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANOS2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UVM show a favorable association.

HNSC, UVM, and DLBC are the cancer types where ANOS2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
