ANOS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANOS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M4, OR2H1, and OR2L8. Each is linked with ANOS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANOS1-to-partner and partner-to-ANOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M4 grouped by ANOS1-low versus ANOS1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
