ANO8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPANXN2, JOSD1, and ALG2. Each is linked with ANO8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO8-to-partner and partner-to-ANO8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPANXN2 grouped by ANO8-low versus ANO8-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
