Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,767 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ANO8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO8-to-partner and partner-to-ANO8 results are reported.
