ANO7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,517 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAR1B, RIF1, and S100A2. Each is linked with ANO7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO7-to-partner and partner-to-ANO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO7 versus SAR1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.13.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
